Motion "Musicdisk" is the long awaited debut audio CD of Jonne Valtonen
aka Purple Motion. In the early 90s he and
Skaven wrote
PC demoscene history as musicians of the Future Crew, best known for their
"2nd reality" demo. Almost 10 years passed by, Jonne studied classic music
and founded Valtone studio
together with Timo Haanpää, working with bands or doing soundtracks for
games as well as orchestral productions for theater plays.
The CD contains 3 remakes of old classics and 9 brand new
songs. It combines the Purple Motion
trademark "demoscene" sound re-arranged and at todays level of
production quality with his talent to master different styles and to play
with them. Rock drums and e-guitars meat the unmistakable synth leads,
powerful hymns meet mellow songs and a beautiful female voice - goose bumps
